Michael S. Heiser is the Academic Editor for Logos Bible Software, Faithlife Study Bible, and Bible Study Magazine. He earned his PhD in Hebrew Bible and Semitic Languages at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is capable of translation work in roughly a dozen ancient languages, among them Biblical Hebrew, Greek, Aramaic, Egyptian hieroglyphs, and Ugaritic cuneiform.
