Steve Tompkins is the Director of Mars Hill Schools in Bellevue, WA. Mars Hill Schools is a ministry of Mars Hill Church in partnership with Corban University and Western Seminary to equip men and women to live the gospel with passion, serve the church, and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in full-time ministry as a church planter and lead pastor, having led Mars Hill Shoreline for the past eight years. A Seattle native and lifelong Seahawks fan, Steve is a graduate of Regent College in Vancouver, B.C. (Master of Christian Studies), and North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL (Master of Divinity). He and his wife, Hilary, have been married for over 30 years and have two children, Rachel and Sam.
